Ashutosh Bhabhe
Founder & CEO
Ashutosh has more than 13 years of experience in the Semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem with a deep understanding of detection, analysis, and mitigation of contamination in semiconductor process chemicals used in Wet Etch & Cleans (WEC) and Lithography. Prior to 14Si, Ashutosh has worked as the Global Applications Manager (WEC) at Entegris and as a Senior Process Engineer (Lithography) at Intel. He has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Ohio State University and B. Tech from NIT Warangal.
Vipin Hatmode
Co-founder
Vipin has more than 18 years of experience in various commercial aspects of a business including its sales, finance, growth strategy, systems set-up, scale-up, and compliance. With a varied work experience in organizations like Bharat Petroleum, Proctor & Gamble, Udaan, Deloitte, Tata Digital, and Astra Zeneca, he brings depth and perspective required for a 0 to 1 and beyond start-up journey. He has an MBA from IIM Bangalore and B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from NIT Warangal.
Pranesh Muralidhar
Sr. Director
Pranesh has expertise in leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing, ultrapure chemical filtration, membranes, UHP equipment design, process development and analytical methods for contaminant identification. He had been a Process Engineer: Globalfoundries (USA) Wet Etch & Cleans and Applications Engineering Manager (USA and EU): Entegris Photo filtration. He completed his B. Tech. form NIT Trichy and MS from UMass Amherst in Mech Engineering.
Debabrata Ghosh

Deb is results-driven multitasker with a strong foundation and expertise in start-up strategy, operations, and financial consultancy. He has a proven success in leading a high-growth start-up by securing $4M in seed funding, achieving $1M ARR within a year, driving operational efficiency through streamlining and optimization, and leading cross-functional teams toward achieving ambitious growth targets. He completed his BS and MS in Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
Yogesh M
Sr. Applications Engineer
Yogesh specializes in the synthesis of organic compounds, advanced polymers, PAGs, and PACs. His expertise includes organic, hybrid, halogenated, and ionic polymers, with a focus on resist formulation for semiconductor lithography processes such as MUV, DUV, EBL, and HIBL. He also has experience with metal-assisted chemical etching (MACE) for nanofabrication. Additionally, his prior work includes the synthesis of intermediates, APIs, and reference compounds. He completed his PhD in Chemistry from IIT Mandi.
Jenasree Hazarika
Sr. Applications Engineer
Jenasree works as a researcher with a strong focus on CMP and electrochemistry. With hands-on experience in both academic and industrial R & D, Jenasree has contributed to innovations in 3D packaging, corrosion inhibition, and post-CMP cleaning. Her work bridges experimental design, materials characterization, slurry formulation and electrochemical analysis. She thrives in multidisciplinary environments where scientific curiosity meets practical problem-solving. She completed her PhD in Chemical Engineering from IIT Guwahati.
Blesson Varghese
Sr. Applications Engineer
Blesson is a Material physicist with expertise in nanoelectronics, cleanroom fabrication techniques and analysis using Raman spectroscopy. He is currently exploring the contamination control techniques necessary for the semiconductor industry. He completed his PhD in Nanoscience from Department of Physics, University of Basel, Switzerland with a focus on Strain Engineering Graphene and Bilayer graphene transport properties. He has a BS-MS in Physics from IISER Thiruvananthapuram.
Chaitanya Patankar
Mechanical Engineer
Chaitanya is a Mechanical Engineer passionate about creating custom-designed machines and automated systems for cutting-edge lab experiments. His work bridges mechanical design, control, and automation to develop innovative solutions for research applications. He completed his BE in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University.
Medhini Deshpande
Senior Executive: Accounts and Procurement
Medhini is responsible for all statutory financial and company compliance including direct and indirect taxation, and audits. As a Senior Executive – Accounts & Admin, she handles end-to-end accounting, admin, and day-to-day non-technical operations. She completed her B. Com. From Bangalore University.

Sanjaya is a multi-talented, hands-on technician with experience in filtration and purification experiments. He has prior experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment.
